Daily Pregnancy Checklist

Daily activities to help you stay active and have the best delivery you can!

Pregnancy only lasts for 40 weeks, but the result lasts a lifetime. You will be thinking about your baby every day while you're pregnant, and every day after their born.  Now is the time to get disciplined in making sure you are in the best place as they grow inside of you, and when you are bringing them into the world.

Daily reminder list


  • Drink 8 ounces of water
  • Get enough fiber by eating 6 servings of whole grain foods
  • Eat 4 servings of fruit
  • Eat 5 servings of vegetables
  • Have 2 servings of protein-rich food
  • Don't drink any alcoholic beverages [even if your mom did and you turned out OK]
  • Do not go into hot tubs or saunas, the high temperatures are not good for baby
  • Get some exercise, or make sure you have some type of activity [unless you are placed on bed rest due to pre-term labor]
  • Do Kegel exercises to increase strength and control of your pelvic muscles. Remember, delivery involves pushing which requires muscle strength and control.
